Safeagle Industrial High Precision CT Tomography SE-PCT02 is a 3D X-ray inspection system for PCBA and IGBT fields. It uses advanced computer tomography (CL) scanning modes and reconstruction algorithms to test full-page offline and online. It is suitable for testing electronic devices such as BGA/LGA, crimp connectors, flip-chip, PoP, QFN, PTH, IGBT, etc. to find defects such as pores, open circuits, bridges, pillows, poor wetting, missing parts, etc. wrong part. Suitable for small and medium metal parts, composite materials, power semiconductors, biological samples, ceramic devices, etc.
